Lily's weird noise

Sometimes Lily makes a funny noise, a cross between a hum and a fart, is the only way I can describe it. It is about every second, and goes on for a few moments. Today it culminated with a giant sneeze/ cough.

Any thoughts? Doesn't happen often. Only 2-3 times I think.

I,m sorry, I have no idea what it could be. Do you know which end the noise is coming from?

Does her beething sound obstructed?

The noise comes from the nose end I am sure. Breathing seems fine... I wondered if Nigel's long coat had been getting up her nose.
