Yes my boys love it and pick it first over peppers, green beans,cucumber but not over celery leaves or carrot leaves those are first every time

My two boys love little gem lettuce too. When I first got them, a friend who has kept piggies for years recommended romaine lettuce as well, but I never buy them because romaines are much bigger and the supermarket packs them in pairs - it would take too long for the boys to get through a whole one, let alone two. I find there is less waste with little gem.
