Since finding out there is a boar next door crystal has taken to lying in the little upstairs section of the run facing the pen where silver is. Not sure how far piggies can see, but she would most certainly know he is there, and not trying to put a human emotion on to them, I think she is watching over him and wants to be with him x)
Fudge and minty have been together a lot more, although they do sometimes go up to keep crystal company. The strange thing is, its not uncommon for crystal to sleep up there as the vet bed is up the top, but she normally sleeps against the sides and never right next to the ramp (so much so she could roll down it if she nodded off deep enough). She is always in the same position, always looking out over the partition and pretty much doing what she did when I partitioned off flash when he was ill, sleeping so she could see him.
I am becoming a silver bore I know :red but its fascinating watching them all. Silver it seems doesnt like rocket lettuce leaves as he had eaten his veg but left them, so I wont give him too much until he is with the girls.
