Can anyone recommend a good low calcium and phosphorus pellet, I have been advised a slow change in dry food might help with UTI's

The veg in our daily veg guide is taken from a plan that was put together by a lady I know who did a lot of research into a bladder friendly diet. This is what I currently feed though I believe she has recently made some changes.

For pellets, the ones I recommend are grainless and have less fillers etc. I posted them all the other day in this thread:

Recurring Bloat - What Can I Do To Prevent?

I have to leave work in a mo so it is quicker to give you a link. I can answer further tonight though once I am home from the vets.

You can also use Vetcare multimodal guinea pig food for guinea pigs susceptible to urinary tract problems - low calcium and fed by my vet to her bladder pig - buy from VET UK

Thanks for the info. I am going to start with the veg first and get her daily ones as low as possible. I am also a fan of Peter Gurney and I am going to take some tips from his book and going to make my own Barley water. he also mentions that to much protein in the diet can contribute so a better balance is what I am aiming for. At the moment I am playing the waiting game:whistle: with the antibiotics and the anti inflammatory. she seems more comfortable and I am changing her beding as often as needed to keep he dry. As she is not eating as much at the moment should i be giving vitamin c or a multi vitamin.
