Lump under his neck, now he's bobbing his head?

My perfect little Silvio has continued problems for months. A few weeks ago we were at the vet because he cannot gain weight no matter how much we feed him (extra pellets, extra veggies, extra hay, extra snacks, and he is on Emeraid). While at the vet, she found a lump on his neck, specifically in his lymph nodes. She gave us antibiotics for 2 weeks in hopes that would make the lump smaller, but it has since gotten double the size

Since Monday, we've noticed that he is starting to bob his head up and down, and he even did it at the vet yesterday. It's gotten more progressive every single day. Here is the video I took at the vet yesterday.

At the vet, he had a cytology done to extract the cells so we can find out what it is. I'll find out in a few days. BUT - my concern is, he is not ok right now and has not been ok since we arrived home last night.

Last night he would not take his emeraid (which he loves), he would only eat a tiny bit of lettuce (which he also loves). I think it might be from the cytology procedure he had. But if he continues being lethargic, not wanting to eat, not acting like himself at all, when do I consider it any emergency? how long is he suppose to be like this for? when does this behavior constitute an emergency? Please help

Update: he just ate a multi-vitamin cookie. Still not much movement from him or acting like himself (usually runs up to me in the morning and demands food).

Please see a vet as a life or death emergency as soon as you can. The lump could be pressing on the esophagus, the windpipe or a crucial blood vessel.

Poor baby looks very poorly. @Wiebke is right, please get him back to the vet ASAP.
