Lunkarya haircuts - advice!

Hi all, I have a Lunkarya & this is her first summer, 6 months old. I trimmed her hair in the first heatwave, and it has grown back (not to its original length I should add), but with this heat - am I ok to chop a lot more off? It is so so dense & thick (amazing really) how short can I go?
I have shelties & their hairdressing is fine, clippers and they’re happy! I’m just after a steer on this thick hair. Thanks

Yes, please chop her hair off. It can be quite literally a life saver in very hot conditions.
