Mams friends guinea pig

My mams friend has 2 guinea pigs who I am looking after in November. One of them has been wheezing and the vet has said that it looks bad.
Think it's a chest infection? Never met the piggies but I'm just wondering if anyone knows if the vets right and that this looks bad

Respiratory infections can get bad really quickly and can kill a guinea pig.

The guinea pig is doing much much better. Still a bit wheezy but improving. Eating and everything again, looks like meds are doing something postitive!
