Junior Guinea Pig
Poppy was introduced to our herd back in April when we adopted her from a Guinea Pig sanctuary. To begin she was very very nervous of humans and would shake with fear whenever stroked. After a few months of "kale rehabilitation" she is now 1200 grams of pure fluffy loveliness (vet confirmed she is just big-boned)! Poppy loves strokes and cuddles outside of the cage, frequently going into "pancake pig" mode.
Today was Poppy's big photo shoot (she was previously too nervous for this) and am pleased to report she performed like a true pro.
