Meeting new piggies.

So myself and a friend that I've met on here are wondering something.

I have a bonded pair of boars.

She also has a bonded pair of boars.

If we were to introduce the two pairs to each other to let them play (not live together!) would it ruin their bond? I honestly have no idea... I'm leaning towards to side of that's not a good idea. Any help is appreciated!

I say too big a risk! Don't do it!
 
it could ruin the bond between the individual pairs which means you'd both potentially be left with two boars needing to kept separate, is it worth the risk?
 
Play dates for bonded boars? Don't do it!

A recipe for disaster and potentially 4 boars that will be living separately from then on, that's apart from the physical damage they can do to each other and the vet's bills in putting it right.

i see some of our wonderful and experienced owners have said no no's to it :{:...

Maybe you guys have a cuppa/lunch/meet up and then just cuddle each others piggies. I meet up with one of our members once or twice a year and whee just visit but don't bring our piggies to each others houses :)
 
That is a surefire recipe for disaster - you can end up with bloody fights and potentially four single boars that refuse to live with their previous partner in no time flat! :{
 
I don't think I would attempt it even with females, if they get along you are sure to be rocking the boat so to speak, so why spoil things? Glynnis has a good idea, jut visit your friend for a cuddle of her piggies, & another time she can come visit yours :))
