I've been looking through old posts concerning elderly/poorly piggies and the use of metatone tonic to stimulate the appetite. Having a look through the ingredients it contains calcium. Midge is a 'bladder' piggy so calcium has to be limited. Do any of the more experienced members have any idea as to whether this would have a negative impact on her bladder. Thanks.

It should be ok as the amount of calcium is negligible and the benefits on a course of Metatone outweigh any potential problems. It is only meant to be used short term, the course I use is 0.5ml once a day for 1 week and 0.3ml once a day for the second week. I use Metatone tonic a lot when I have a pig that is not eating as much as they should be.
