My Guinea pig Oreo has a yellow bump that I think might be hard on her two front feet I noticed it today when I was holding her and saw it i couldn’t really touch it since she doesn’t like her feet touch so she’ll scratch me or but me when I try to look I did get photos.

Yes it does look to be a foot spur.
Best to leave it alone. If it does start to get caught, bleed or become sore, then see a vet.
