Milky discharge from eye

Piggies do produce a milky white substance from their eyes which is what they use the clean themselves with. If he seems ok in himself it is more than probably this. Hope the link helps

Sounds like it's probably grooming fluid. It can take a few minutes to drain from the eyes, but if it doesn't drain after a few minutes then there may be a slight blockage in one of the tiny ducts. Flushing with cooled boiled water, or Optrex Eye Wash, may help.
