milly has a black foot

does any else guinea pig have black skin on there feet and nails milly has one food like like vet said before colour of a skin

just the skin color you mean? piglet has two black feet (the ones on his back legs) and black nails which makes nail trimming a pain. but if it's a new thing then i would worry

If you mean their skin color, then yes. Belles' skin is completely pitch black, which makes trimming her nails a bit of a hassle, but I'm starting to recognize where the 'life' ends as her nails taper down from that point so I know where to clip them.

But if the foot wasn't black before and it is now, I would definetely recommend going to the vet as soon as possible.

Guinea pigs have many different skin colours, and one of them is black, with black nails. I have piggies with just one or two black feet.

It can be tricky to cut black nails. If your piggie's other foot is lighter, always cut the nails on that foot first, so yu have got an idea at how much to cut. If in doubt, cut a bit less.
