To cut a long story short, I have taken on two orphaned pups who were going to be handed into rescue. I was told they were two girls and had planned to bond them with Matilda, however when I got them I though one of them was a boy. I took them to the vets who confirmed this. This posed a dilema, dare I try and bond the boy with Mimsi who had never taken to Montogmery. Mimsi adores Dalton. He snuggles and purrs with him. They follow each other around the cage and there has been no bickering. Dalton is a cheeky chappie and adoreable. With Mimsis failing health, it is a comfort to know that if anything happened during the night, Dalton would let me know....

aww such a lovely story, glad they bonded well and mimsi now has a friend to care for him, they look so adorable together

Thank you. That is one of the reasons why I have delayed in posting about the minis, new arrivals should be a happy event but as I'm still grieving for Lady Penelope and Montomgery I just could bring myself to post. Mimsi health is a grave worry and I'm not sure how much longer he will be here, but at least he has a companion now and it has made me so happy to see them bond instantly. Dalton is the noisiest piggie I have ever had. He wheeks constantly, although both minis are good through the night and seem to know when its light out, its quiet time,.

Beautiful, so pleased they get on together, they look adorable together, really pleased for you after things of late.
 
Angie Babes - They make such a dashing couple and I do hope Mimsi is back to full health soon! x
