Hi all
My piggies seem to be itching them selves more than usual I've treated them with the beapher spot on , when should I treat them again and is there any shampoos anybody recommends for after the treatment ? How many days should I leave it before shampooing them also ? Thanks in advance

The Beaphar is only really effective as a preventative treatment. They need to see a vet who can then diagnose whether it is mites or something else like fungal and treat with the appropriate strength product. Treatment for mange mites is usually a week to 10 days apart. If you let them know you have used the Beaphar they will be able to adjust the treatment accordingly. Welcome to the forum.

For shampoo, this should not be used within 48 hours of any mite treatment. Some members use Gorgeous Guinea Lice and Easy. I tend to use a human head lice shampoo. You need to know that it is mites you are dealing with first though, as fungal shampoos are different.
