Mojules might be camping out tonight : )

When I was cleaning out the MOjules today they seemed quite happy not having the lid on their cage and to be living as "open air" piggies so I asked them if they would like to camp out tonight

By this I mean putting them in the inside run thing they have with all their luxuries (I know not much camping going on when they have their luxuries lol) - now I'm not sure if this is a good idea or not they have been left out before while I fell asleep and have been ok as they had all their food, water, hay, blankies and cosies

Good idea/bad idea?

Do you mean in your house or outside? If they are indoor pigs I wouldn't leave them outside overnight.

Nope no cats or dogs......yet hehe - I will see what happens later on as still washing their cosies so if they are ready in time I will let them camp out

I'm sure they will they would love it even more if we gave them free range of the flat but with us decluttering there is stuff everywhere that would be in their way mallethead and I have just realised the pin to hold their run together has gone AWOL hhmmmmm will have to look for that first otherwise they won't be camping hehe

I will try and get them to take pigtures though I am not sure which one of them I would trust with the camera more mallethead xx

Ok so I have found the pin that holds their run together but now I'm not so sure they will be warm enough - they will have a thick sheet on the ground (ground sheet as it were lol) then their cosies and I will probably put in another fleece blanket for them to snuggle under maybe even some towels - does this sounds like they be warm enough ?x

Thats what my OH said put fleeces, towels cosies etc in and they should be fine its my overprotective mother side coming through mallethead

Boris is camping out (well in )tonight too. He's got a fleecy tent and lots of hay, but no marshmallows

well the boys didn't et to camp out as I still had the washing machine on late last night and when it goes on spin cycle it is lethal and obviosuly if the boys had been on the floor it wouldn't have been nice for them will let them camp out this aafternoon

I leave mine in their indoor run often! Especially if there are hormones high and low as the run area is much bigger than a cage and a bit of unfamiliar surroundings. I bet they loved it!
