Momi Freeze Dried Apples

Hello,
I have read a few reviews in this product saying they are safe for Guinea pigs and they are available on the "guinea pigs Australia" website. I was wondering if they are a good treat to give every once and a while as I don't normally feed fruit due to the sugar content.
Has anyone tried these before? And more importantly are they save to feed? If so I was going to donate some as part of a christmas present to our local GP shelter.

Can't find much info on them. I always avoid food like this due to sugar etc... Some nice speciality hay like Timothy is a great treat instead perhaps?

Yes I'm not big on unnecessary treats but thought this seemed like a good idea. They are literally just dried apple but can't find much into either.
Maybe best to avoid and be safe then sorry
