More before and after pics - Alfie this time

Many of you will remember Alfie who arrived a few weeks ago weighing just 470gm because of an untreated dental problem. Here are pics of him before

soaking wet underneath where he had been dribbling so much :-\

This is him now, he was neutered almost 3 weeks ago and weighed 700gm then, he is now heavier than that 8)

I have a lady coming tomorow night looking for a neutered boar. Its a lovely indoor home which I homechecked last week. She liked the sound of Alfie so I checked his back teeth again tonight and although there were only a couple of tiny spurs all his molars have now gone black and the top ones are worn down to barely nothing :'(. I keep turning it over in my head but all things considered he may well be better off staying here ? If he stays here I can keep a very close eye on him and check his teeth on a regular basis. He still picks up pellets and dunks them in his water dish to eat them : I didnt really want to keep another resident pig as I already have 24 but I dont think its worth the risk of rehoming him :-\
