There is one Guinea pig, a Guinea pig that I loved more than anything else in the world and now he is gone. I don't know what to feel but I'm trying not to cry so hard that hurts. I don't want to feel anything if you know what I mean? When he died I held is lifeless body close to me, I howled and cried because I can't deal with this pain any other way. He was loved by me so much and he's gone I don't know what to do other than carry on pretending. I'm sure the pain will ease over time but I will always miss him because he was a part of my heart.

Rest in Peace Mouse my beloved friend.

We buried him a couple of days ago but I'm still feeling empty.
 
RIP little mouse I'm so sorry for your loss. Its so lovely what you have written thinking of you at this very hard time.
 
Oh no! I'm so sorry that you've lost your gorgeous little boy Mouse 8...

it's so hard to loose a pig you love so much, I know ... :(

This is why I love to be a part of this forum because a lot of people would not understand why I grieve like this for a Guinea pig. Thank you for your sympathies.

Oh no. I am so so sorry for your loss. Mouse was such a special little boy and will always be in your heart.
 
What a moving tribute to a very special piggie. Its so hard when our pets pass over to the bridge and I am still very much grieving the loss of three of my piggies from earlier this year. In time, the tears will lessen but a part of our hearts will never truly heal... Popcorn free at the bridge beautiful Mouse and know that you will live forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to share their life with you....so very sorry...
 
I am sorry for your loss, yes it helps to tell everyone on here, I found people were very understanding when I lost my precious piggy in June.

So very sorry for the loss of your beautiful special boy. The pain of losing a piggie is so raw and all consuming. It will lessen in time and you never forget them.

They may only be small, but they leave a huge hole in our lives and hearts when they leave. Hugs to you at this sad time.

It's a week tomorrow since he died and I can't believe how fast that has gone. I still miss him the same as I missed him the day he went away. I hope he is loved and safe wherever his spirit is now.
 
That was a beautiful, moving epitaph for your beautiful little boy.

Your heart will start to heal in time and there will always be a place in your heart for Mouse. So sorry for your loss 8...
