Last night, Maui was perfectly fine. But this morning, she was the weakest thing on earth! She passed on early this morning. She's my princess. I don't know what I'm going to do without her. I need lots of prayers right now. I can't eat, have a terrible migraine and can't stop balling my eyes out.

Sadly piggies can pass away very suddenly and unexpectedly.
You gave her a lovely life.

I'm just so surprised... last night she was her normal self but this morning, she couldn't even stand! I don't know what happened
 
Sorry for your loss. I’m sure Maui knew how much she was loved. Sleep tight little one.
 
To lose a much loved piggy is heartbreaking, especially when they seem fine only a few hours before. Keep the good memories with you in your heart and Maui will always be with you. She would know how much you loved her but the call of the rainbow bridge was too great. Please take care of yourself as you grieve - we have all been there at some point. Popcorn free little one 🌈 x
 
Well now I have another concern. Should I get Marigold a friend? Her and Maui were a bonded pair from birth. Their mums were best friends and gave birth on the same day, so they've been together for 3 years now. And if I do end up getting another pig, how do I introduce them?
Also, I think she could've passed on because of her molar abscess. She got better, but I think it came back about 2 days ago. Could it accidentally spread to Marigold? Ughh I'm a nervous wreck. I just miss her so much I can barely handle it.
 
When I was holding her this morning, she slowly lifted up her head and wheeked 3 times. She was saying I love you ❤❤🐹🐹🐹😭😭😭 I miss her so much. Shes the first pig I ever held, and the first I've ever lost.
 
I'm so sorry to hear about Maui. Give yourself and Marigold time to grieve. See how you both are in a week, if Marigold is pining for her companion, maybe look into bonding at a rescue as soon as possible.

When I bought her into the garden today, I showed Marigold Maui's grave, I could tell that she's lonely already. Her eyes look sad and empty without another piggy around. I'm still so sad about her passing. It happened so suddenly and unexpectedly and she was only 3. I just don't know what to do.
 
I’m so sorry you lost Maui, this must have been such a terrible shock for you, sending hugs. It happened to me with my piggie Bill, I found he had passed away in the night, no signs of illness the previous evening, it’s so horrible. Take care of yourself as you grieve for her x

I just remembered something... guinea pigs can get strokes. Well, I think thats the root of the problem.😭😩😥 Marigold misses her sissy very much ❤
