Adult Guinea Pig
I can't believe I'm having to do this but the little show off probably wouldn't have let me get away without a fitting tribute.
Sadly on Monday night I found my beloved Fuzzy in his forever sleep 8...
Over the weekend he didn't seem himself, although was still eating. By sunday night I suspected bloat so spent the night up and down, massaging his tummy and trying to get his guts going. On Monday morning he was eating some hay but was very 'off' so we went straight to the vets, where he was given all the right things to try and relieve him. Upon bringing him home he seemed much brighter and got stuck unto his hay so I went to work. By the time I came home he had passed away. 8...
Fuzzy came from pets at home in 2008 with his friend Peanut who we sadly lost a year later and it was shortly after that he was bonded with Tyler at the potteries rescue.
Fuzzy taught Tyler all his piggy tricks including begging. I can't believe that the fuzz ball that once fit in the palm of my hand grew into the huge guy that really required 3 hands to carry!
His eyesight was really failing him during the last 12 months, but developing cataracts did not deter him from getting his own way though! He was a big fan of all things fleecy and loved nothing more than to chill in bed, chewing things and running around was far too much effort for this pig.
Words can't really describe how much I miss him or how big a hole he's going to leave in our lives. So here's a selection of my favourite pigtures.

as a baby with his original cage mate peanut

up to no good...

Taken on Bonfire night, obviously not worried about the fireworks..
