I have had the most wonderful day today - I've been to visit Wiebke and her gorgeous piggies, not forgetting her lovely hubby.

I've always adored her little tribe, but to meet them in person has been such a happy experience for me - although they were quite rightly very wary of the stranger in their midst.

Thank you both, Wiebke, for making me so welcome, and for sharing those lovely little furry bundles with me for a day.

Glad you had a nice time. So jealous. Would love to meet Wiebkes tribe.

It took some time for the tribe to get going (not helped by their usual afternoon nap time), but Sue GOT to see a proper piggy dinner (on a posh new Primark towel)...

... and somebody got to cuddle a couple of big, soft bums! drool

To her credit, Sue left with less piggies than she arrived - there is now a ever so sweet toy piggy looking down at us from the tv cabinet! :)) Probably due to the fact that we filled her bag with cake and Swiss chocolate, so there was no room for anything furry! :(|)

Hoggle wants to know if you put Cariad in your pocket for him to collect/steal. ;)

Well, I particularly wore my pignapping jacket (the one with LARGE pockets), but sadly I was searched before I left the premises ...... I'm so sorry, Hoggle.

I can only recommend inviting Sue - it was like having your favourite Auntie there to talk about what you love most non-stop!

To day is rather flat in comparison...

What a lovely thing to say - Thank you, Wiebke. To me, it felt like we knew each for ages, and of course, what better thing to talk about than piggies - especially the Wiebke-pigs.

But I forgot to also tell you - Wiebke showed me how to bake a wonderful diabetic cake, then gave it to me to take home. So I shall be asking for the recipe - for those that don't know, I can't cook or bake or do anything domestic like that, so she's a very good teacher.

aaawwwww that sounds like a lovely day! Wish there were more piggy admirers in Northern Ireland :( You are all so far away

What a lovely way to spend the day Sue - you look very much at home with the piggies :)

I bet it was really interesting meeting all the different characters - a good way to get your piggy fix :))

ooooooooooh Auntie Sue you didn't put up a warning for her, you know what's she's like! maybe it was Auntie Weibke's fault for not telling you? rolleyes:))
