My final StarWars pig, Rey

My last StarWars piggie, Rey, became very unwell on Friday morning and we said goodbye to her this morning. She would have been 8 in September and survived her two sisters, Chewie and BB-8 by nearly three years. We tried to find new friends for her after BB died, but she said a very firm ‘no’ and continued on quite contentedly being an only pig in her huge house.
Recently she had been contending with jaw pain and was on daily metacam, which she loved very much. The dose recently had to be increased and she was doing so so well, right up until she wasn’t.

I will miss her very much, as I do her sisters, but this marks the end of my piggie owning for this time.

I’m sorry your piggy journey has come to an end but Rey will be popcorning over the rainbow bridge with her sisters. They were all beautiful
