Please bring your girls inside in this cold weather unless they are already under cover and well insulated. Is the loss of appetite a sudden one or a slow one? Have you noticed any loss of weight?

Monitor their weight daily instead of weekly at the same time in the feeding cycle. cheap kitchen scales from the supermarket will do the trick.
Please start offering syringe feed and water to make sure that there guts are kept working. Up to 80% of the daily food intake is hay, which you cannot control. Has your vet found something wrong with them?

Hi - hard poos mean that your girls are a) somewhat dehydrated and b) not eating enough fibre.

Please follow the tips in our syringe feeding guide. Pineapple juice alone is not going to help and is not getting their guts going properly! You can find our recommended vets locator on the top bar.
Complete Syringe Feeding Guide

You can feed mushed up pellets in an emergency, but guide contains links to recovery formula and probiotics, which are much more effective.
