my guinea pig has some kind of worms?

i have short hair american and a dilute silky.

shor hair one seems to be doing good but my silky has somekind of worms on his hair.

i know they are not maggots.

they are very very very tiny, yellowish whiteish things crowling in his hair.
they are so tiny, looked like they were just dead skin but they were moving around.

it is almost 1mm length.

i cut his hair very very short and gave him a nice bathe.

not sure if they are still there, i couldn't keep on stressing him out after going through hair cut and bathing.

does anybody know what those are?
