My guinea pig has stopped pooping. She started to poop less, then she started to have small poops or weirdly shaped poops, not none at all. She eats and drinks little, but more than she was before. She smells like diarrhea, but is not going diarrhea. She is peeing, but not pooping. Could someone please tell me what is wrong with her?

If she’s not pooping, she needs to see a vet as an emergency. It could possibly be bloat or even a blockage! The wire fly shaped poos say to me somethings not right.
Make sure she stays warm and hydrated.
Good luck!

Please see a vet for an examination. Check whether she is bloated (blown up with a very tight belly). Something is clearly not right. There is often either a pain issue or a dental problem at the bottom of a decreased appetite.

Please also start syringe feeding your piggy asap. The irregular poos reflect the diminished food intake. Switch from weighing weekly to weighing daily at the same time in order to keep an eye on the food intake.
You can use mushed pellets and a needle-less 1 ml syringe from a pharmacy in an emergency (prep the syringe tip as shown in our illustrated guide for the fibre to come through), but in order to keep your piggy alive and to allow any necessary medication to kick in and heal, you need to start getting food into your guinea pig NOW. Be aware that hay is making around 80% of the daily food intake, so seeing a piggy nibbling on a bit veg is not giving you the full picture!

Good! It is on at least three that I have read in the last couple of days! Why didn't I think of reporting it?

Thank you all! I will call for an appointment as soon as they are available.
