My guinea pig teddy makes weird noise (video)

Hey all, my guinea pig is making this sound for about 2 months now, sometimes a few times a day, sometimes none, and sometimes 20 times a day...

I went with him to the vet, and I did a respiratory check, he had 2 bacteria which were cured with sirup and injections, but that noise wasn't gone
(meaning I accidentaly discovered those bacteriad)
sometimes he goes crazy with about 15 times an hour, and sometimes there is a week he doesn't make that sound...

has anyone seen this? or maybe knows anything about it? the vet says he never saw this kind of behaviour and from what he sees my pig is healthy.
My pig is happy, after that effect he is normal, nothing weird is happening, so .. all is perfectly fine, except he does that sound

Aww, that's so funny! I hope it doesn't mean anything bad though, I can't say really. Mine have never done anything like that. Although I swear my little baby boar oinks like a real pig sometimes, so they can make a variety of funny noises!

Looks like ill and suffering pain while drops.Our did this,when was seriously ill.

heh, but what is confuzing is that he is happy, eats well, has good fur, all completely normal... just this... thing!

like I sayd, vet made a complete exam of him and sayd he is perfectly healthy...

really don't know what to think
