3weeks ago i got a guinea pig. She is 2months and 2weeks old! Last week i got her Sister as well that she can have a friend!
But, since they are togheter they are fighting often! Extream Teeth chattering, running behind each other and sometimes hard fights! It's so horrible to see them both like this! And i dont know what to do or how long it will last! Any ideas to help? :(

Hello and welcome
Just because they are blood sisters doesn't mean they will get on.
Because there was separation....it means there was separation.
Therefore you need to bond them.
That means starting afresh, having a fresh clean space with no previous smells - neutral zone.
I would bath them both removing any sense and smells.
It's really important to follow the bonding rules, check out the thread in bonding and behaviour to help you set up the bonding session.

They need to be on fresh equal footing to allow them to work out whose going to be the boss piggy.

Hi! Your girls are still in the dominance phase of their bonding, but it sounds rather like the leadership question has not been resolved. Have you introduced them on neutral ground or just plonked the sister into the cage, where she could easily be perceived as an intruder? It is unfortunately one of the persistent breeder myths that siblings always get on and don't fall out. We have seen plenty of evidence to the contrary!

Please take the time to read these guides here so you can understand and judge better what is going on and work from there:
Bonding: Illustrated Dominance Behaviours And Dynamics
Sow Behaviour

you will know when a furrball fight has happened, both piggies lunge at each other ,lock on to each other go round in one ball of fur together.this is a situation you need to throw a towel at them.,seperate the individuals immediatley ! never put your hands between two piggies because they can bite your hand with injuries.i had two boars who i was attempting to bond within 5 mins both were in a furrball,i attempted to separate with my hands, one guinea pig was hanging from my finger with his teeth ! i needed stitches to my index finger. the guides that Wiebke has linked you to are excellent and will help.it is nerve wracking when first bonding.i hope it all settles down soon.!

Wiebke has written an amazing and informative thread, which she has linked for you here.
It lays out what to expect when introducing Pigs and what behaviors to look out for as positive bonding and negative bonding.
It sounds like your girls are working out their dominance. So if you have a read of the linked post, You'll be able to identify whether your girls are working out a dominance or if they are falling out.
If you can, it may be worth placing them side by side in separate cages so they can meet and get used to each other before officially bonding, This is good for the Guinea Pigs because they can meet safely where they cant cause harm to each other and you can keep an eye on how they are acting with each other.
When you say Sister, do you mean they came from the same litter or you've got her an adopted sister?
Its usually a good idea to quarantine any new Pigs before introducing them in case they have an illnesses that can be passed from Pig to Pig,
Not sure if that would still apply since they have already met.
Good luck with the bonding,
Any chance of pictures of the little girls?
We do love to see their little faces! :D
