I have a lil male guinea pig when he was born he had a funny looking eye so took him to get to check it was ok, it’s like his eyelashes are growing inside but it’s turned out the way, so it’s not poking his eye or anything, vet said take him back when he was bigger and they can remove it, it’s getting wee bit bigger as he does, but it doesn’t bother him he can see fine, and the eye is healthy doesn’t irritate him, so my question? Is it necessary to have operated on if it doesn’t bother him, don’t want to risk an anaesthetic on something that doesn’t actually bother him, I’ll try grab him for a pic shortly but he is happily popcorning running around the living room, just looking for opinions what you all would do
