Jasmine wasn't herself on Saturday and we took her to the vet on Sunday because she wasn't supporting her weight on her left side very well. We took her back for a check up yesterday and her breathing wasn't very good so she stayed there overnight. This morning the vet went to check her and she collapsed and died. 8... 8... The vet was clearly shocked and upset, she had tried so hard to save my baby cat. Jasmine was only 16 months old and the vet never expected her to die so suddenly.

Jasmine suckled on my fingers because she thought I was her mummy, her cat mummy died when she was 3 weeks old. She has gone to be with her cat mummy and daddy over the rainbow bridge, I miss her 8...

She is beautiful and I am so sorry she had her forever sleep so young. She mustn't have suffered so take comfort in that. xxxxxxxxxxxx
 
I'm so sorry for the loss of your beautiful little girl. She reminds me so much of my first cat Jessie. RIP Jasmine.
 
Jasmine is a very beautiful girl. I'm so very sorry you lost her so suddenly and so very young.

What a terrible shock for you. Jasmines mummy will have been waiting at the bridge for her little one and they will be reunited once again. So sorry to hear this. She was beautiful..

Thanks everyone. Got the blood test results back today and she didn't have the virus that killed her mum which is good cuz her brother and sisters should be ok and not get it. The vet thinks she might have had a genetic heart condition cuz she had a faint heart murmer like her mum.
