I've managed to get a picture of all 8 sitting nicely today - and just thought I'd share
The 3 pure white girls are called 'The Minties' - they came here via Sittingbourne Ferret Rescue, into PinkPaws care - and have never left.
They were skin and bone, crawling with mites and all fitting on arriaval. One girl, Signal had her ears cut off :a19:
The blue eyed girly (white and black with rosettes) is Mouse - she was part of a group of 15 guineas PinkPaws took on - all rehomed apart from Mouse and Squirrel, who died last year. When she lost her friend, she became an 'honoury Mintie' and bonded up with them. They all cage share.
Bikini is the ginger/white girlie, who lives with Delilah (short haired black and white). Delilah was found in a field by the RSPCA as a youngster.. she is 8 this year! She's now very frial, but Bikini mothers her, and they cage share.
Momma is my very big, rather plump black guinea, who was taken in via Kent area as a request on another forum. She hates other guineas, but is showing signs of quite liking Shadrach, our boy - so he will be nuetered this Summer so they can cage share.
Shadrach has been a very poorly lad - we call him the 'gold dust piggie' as he's cost a fortune in his treatment
He was a neglected 'school pet' - rescued by a teacher at the school and came here to recover before rehoming via PinkPaws. However, he's been so poorly, he'll now stay here.
He's had a full dental, skin scrapes, weekly injections, bathes, lotions - he lost so much wieght we really thought (Vet included) he wouldn't pull through.
He's doing brilliantly though - and once he's up to a good wieght, his boy-bits will be removed and he'll live out his days with Momma.
