My pig sneezes and coughs after he popcorns. Allergies?

My pig Jasper is about 22 weeks now. He gets really excited when I stick him in the bottom cage with my other young boys. He popcorns and dashes around for a few minutes. Then experiences sneezes and some coughing or possibly "hairball" sounds?

Is it normal or should I be concerned?
 
I would verge on not normal, however the cause could be something very simple.

What bedding is in the cage he popcorns around in?
