Junior Guinea Pig
We finally have the internet now, so I can finally put up photos of my lot!
Here is my little man, Paddington (Paddy!)
...Under the printer during floor time!
However, since yesterday my herd has grown from one to three! I know it isn't the best way to aquire guinea pigs with a from a free advert but I felt I couldn't ignore. A woman had bought two guinea pigs and put them in with her rabbit, no introductions or anything. Needless to say, the rabbit proceeded to attack the two, so she didn't want the guinea pigs anymore.
What really caught my attention was that the two were a male and female. I emailed to ask if the male was neutered. The answer, no, she didn't think he needed to be mallethead. I think any rational thinking was removed from my head and I went to down to collect them last night. She thinks they are about five months old, and she had been feeding them on rabbit food.
I've put them in quarantine away from Paddy, and also separated them off until it's confirmed whether the female is pregnant, but I think it's pretty unaviodable given the lady had them together for nearly two weeks.
Anyway, this is what happens when I allow my fiancé to name one of them.
Please meet Dirk Piggler...

It's so nice to live back in a place that allows guinea pigs!
