Today one of my lovely piggies died at the vets! I am so upset about it as I blame myself for this.

Pikachu had been fine and together with Goofy had quite nice and peaceful life. Until I noticed he lost weight and was not eating properly. I straight away cheched his teeth and they were overgrown! So I took him to the vet on Friday where he had his teeth shortened. The vet chacked him and said he will be fine. Unfortunately he stopped eating at all. I had mashed his pallets for him, only gave soft food like strawberries or cucumber. Nothing worked. On Monday I noticed he was very pooly so today I went to the vet. He said his jaw has been damaged by the teeth and due to him almost dieyng there recommended to put him to sleep to stop his pain! I am still upset about it and cry even now! Why have I not went to Vet on Sunday just tried to feed him?

I *** wish he is in the piggies heaven!

I'm so sorry for your loss. Sounds like you did all you could. No comfort to you now but I always have critical care and syringe in incase one of mine falls sick, that contains all that they need. I can never get on with mashing pellets.

Sounds like Pikachu had more complex problems. Poor little love. Give Goofy a kiss from me.

I am so sorry for your loss.
Dont blame yourself (i know its easier said than done) but there must of been something more wrong sometimes its very difficult to find out whats wrong til the end.
He will of gone to piggy heaven and he will be happy and pain free.
Give Goofy a big kiss and a cuddle from me.

RIP Pikachu run free at the bridge, no more sore mouth or toofies just lovely fresh green grass, dandelions and friends to popcorn with you'll be so sadly missed by all, but NEVER forgotten xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I'm sorry for your loss. Please don't blame yourself. As hard and awful as it is, sometimes it takes these situations for us to truly learn from and correct our mistakes. You did your best at the time and that is all you could do - no-one could ask for more. You are doing well by those you lost and learned from, and you are honouring them, when you learn from the experience and become a better piggie parent. *Hugs* to you. xx
 
I'm sorry to hear about little Pikachu. Don't blamr yourself. Sometimes things happen which are out of our hands and there's nothing we can do xx
