Hey guys, hope all is well !
Yesterday I had to let go of the most amazing pig my lovely boy simba, I am absolutely shattered and heart broken 💔 he was around 5 and he suddenly went down hill after 2 weeks of meta cam and multiple vets visit and he just got so skinny and barley moved and I made the decision to put him to sleep. But I wanted to share some photos of him to rember the happy time and not makes this post sad and let you guys see my handsome boy as he loved attention so much 😂

3 amazing years with you boy i just wish I had longer 😇🌈

What lovely pictures to remember a very special boy by, who clearly had all the love and good care he could wish for.

I am very sorry for your loss and for having to make such a heart-breaking decision. Sadly we have our pets only ever on loan and can never choose when and in form the end comes. But since guinea pigs measure their lives not in average life-spans (which Simba has reached) but in happy todays, it is the quality of life you have given him throughout the whole time he has been with you that matters most for him. You haven't failed him in any way.

Be kind with yourself and give yourself the space and time to grieve as much as you have loved Simba.
