My sisters pig made weird chirping noise, is that normal?

Do you mean a sound that sounds like a bird? If so, then this kind of chirping is a very strange noise which some piggies sometimes make. Nobody really knows why they do it.

Lol I did it again and clicked the link while Tallulah could hear, now I have a chirping brown paper bag in the middle of my living room floor full of hay and dill and an impressionable skinny pig who copies everything she hears about on the internet!
