Junior Guinea Pig
It's been a while since I've been on the forum as I'm on a medical leave from work and not well enough to sit at the PC for more than a few minutes at a time. I wanted to give everyone an update on my brood. My sow Ingrid had three pups in early August (two pretty girls and one stunning boy). The boy, Nigel has been moved into a separate C&C cage and has bonded famously with his father, Mr Hazel. I have extended the girls' current C&C cage (5X2 with a 2X2 loft) and they are all harmoniously wheeking along. I'm so grateful that they are all so healthy and happy, especially considering the pregnancy was a surprise due to the mis-sexing of the father.
