Tess'n'Suze

Hi everyone,
Just thought I would let you know about my two new girlies (Lottie and Trixie) who I took from a rescue home a week ago. They are now 10 weeks old and had been treated for mites by the home's vet. I took them to my vet yesterday for a check up and also to check their sex as I want to put them in with Tess and Suzie. She said they are clear of mites and ringworm and what lovely little girls they are. However ... she was not quite sure about Trixie. So it might be a case of Trixie or Trevor! I'm going back with her in a couple of weeks when hopefully 'things' will be clearer. xx>>>

I am already under the 'paw' as Lottie only has to squeak (very loudly) and I come running with offerings of lettuce or cucumber. Tess and Suze hardly make any noises - Suze does a very quiet noise which sounds like a little duck and Tess only squeaks when she wants her chocolate buttons - the guinea pig variety - and white chocolate, not brown, if you please.

Aaaah, what it is to be a guinea pig's slave.

Glad to hear that they were clear of mites and ringworm! :)
I bet Suze's duck noise is adorable! I really want to hear it now lol

Congratulations on your new girls (hopefully!), Lynda. :)

It sounds like they've definitely got you under their paws already - amazing how fast it happens, isn't it? Might be worth convincing Tess that her chocolate buttons aren't so good though (piggie or not)...parsley or dill taste much better as special treats!
