Name & address for donations for the forum?

There was a topic on here recently regarding sending donations for keeping this forum going. I have just realised with horror that I haven't sent my cheque off which I promised :embarassed: SORRY!

Now I can't find the name & address to send it to. I did a search but a load of other stuff came up!
