My mum popped her 3 guineas out in the run yesterday - checked on them a while later and all were happily eating away.
Went to fetch them in at 3.30 and Nannypig was curled up in the corner 'asleep'. Except my mum couldnt wake her up :(.

Best way to go - I hope when my time comes it's that easy!

Not sure how old she was - I went and bought my mum two ginger pigs for her birthday almost 3 years ago and there was an older pig at the shop who no-one wanted as she was no longer a cute baby. So I bought her too. Hence her being called 'Nanny' pig. So I think she was only around 3.5yrs old and always in good health, it's not a great age :(. Mine usually last until around 5 though Ive had them until 7/8. She had the best personality of the bunch and was an inquisitive, outgoing little pig.

Anyway, she will be sorely missed, my mum is very upset.

She is the grey and white.

What a sweet little lady!

May she continue dreaming away on the other side of the bridge...

So sorry to hear this. Nannypig sounded like a fine lady and I'm sorry she was taken so suddenly. Run free at the bridge sweet nannypig and know that you will be terribly missed..

I'm very sorry. She sounded very special.

Rest well, dear Nannypig. xx
