Hi and welcome

Try some of the tips in these helpful guide links here:
" Biting" And What You Can Do (Biting, Tweaking, Nibbling and Nipping)
Who is the Boss - Your Guinea Pig or You?

Some guinea pigs can unfortunately have pronounced preferences for a human. It's always tough when you are not the chosen one!

If she gives a little bite she's telling you she doesn't like something. It also tells you that she's comfortable enough with you to communicate that! Some pigs never bite because they are too scared but that doesn't necessarily mean they are comfortable with things. Give me a biter any day 😅

It might be that she likes your partner best (sorry) but it might equally be that she just doesn't like the feeling of being passed around. When you hold them bear in mind that our people instinct is to hold them upright against us as we would do a baby, but their piggy instinct is to be horizontal with all feet firmly on the ground. Do you hold them the same way? Also if you are wearing perfume, deodorant, fragrant creams or shampoo/hair product she will find these really strong on her sensitive nose. Even fragranced wash powder can pong to animals. I'm a female but I use un-fragranced things. Tbh I probably smell like guinea pigs 😜
