Need help identifying respiratory issues of my piggie

Can some help identify what is happening to my pet? Please watch the whole video as she also stops in the end. She is seen sniffing as if before a sneeze and wiping her nose with her paws.



Background: She is currently getting nebulized twice a day for upper respiratory tract infection it started with mild pneumonia and it still stayed in URTI way. Doctor says she has sinusitis. And I agree. She is eating and drinking fine and is very active. She just sounds nasal and congested most of the time and this is new.

Some questions for further background:

How long has she been unwell?
What meds is she getting?
Are you weighing her daily to monitor her hay intake more closely, and stepping in with syringe feeding if necessary?
