need help looking for boarding kennels

Hi, I am going on holiday in June to Australia for 3 weeks and i need somewhere to board my two guinea pigs cookie and maisey.
I have looked around on the internet for pet sitters and i don't want to really put them into a kennels because i don't know if i am trust them or they are too stressful for my animals due to experiences.
Does anyone know of any good pet sitters or guinea pig, small animal ONLY boarding places in Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard etc that sort of areas.
I really need help. My dad is getting on at me, because we need to start moving in getting them booked in somewhere before we go.
I was going to ask maybe one of you on here if you would like to take them in for 3 weeks, but then when I told my dad, my dad isn't too sure and I have noticed no one lives near me and my dad doesn't want to have to travel long distances. *sigh*

Sorry can't help you with that area, but if you google small animal boarding I'm sure lots of places will come up, also have a look on the Cavy Rescue website http://www.cavyrescue.co.uk/small-animal-boarding.shtml. From personal experience (I run a pet hotel in Kent) I am almost fully booked for the summer hols so I would definitely get cracking trying to find somerwhere. Good luck.

Pigginrescue, a member on here, runs a rescue in MK. She may be able to board them for you?

Definatley contact Becky at pigginrescue, She is also in MK and i am sure she offers a pet boarding service.
I would have been happy to look after them but i am also away in june

Hey Alison, i was kinda hoping you'd reply to this. I have given it some thought to maybe contact you and see if you would like to look after them as you were the only one i knew who lives in MK and beings that you were the one who sold me one of my guinea pigs in Petsathome lol, but your going away too no worries
