My guinea pig is twitching and pooping a reddish liquid he also limps a lot he doesn't want to eat or drink and he isn't moving. He has been doing this for a few hours now and in very scared that he is going to die he limps when he tries to walk but when he's laying down he starts to twitch and he doesn't want us to hold him.

You need to take him straight to the emergency vet, this sounds urgent!

I agree with the above. Please seek a vet immediately. The red liquid could possibly be blood and the twitching a seizure? A vet is the best person to identify this and help your piggy.

It got really bad so me and my fiance took him to the vet but, not in time he died last night

So sorry for your loss, sometimes piggies go downhill really fast and there's nothing you can do x
