So I just adopted a very young 4 week old guinea pig, and I know it takes time for a guinea pig to get used to it's surroundings since I already have a 1 year old guinea pig. But she's not really eating her greens much that I put in her hideout. There's poops all over the cage so I know she's coming out. But should I be worried? Or is that normal for a new baby guinea pig?

As long as she is eating hay then that is the immediate priority,
When it comes to eating veg, it is something they learn from watching others. Keep offering them and she will watch your older piggy and will start to eat then when she is settled. She must be eating hay at all times though

You will need to keep an eye on the weight of your baby piggy to ensure she is eating enough hay

There in separate cages at the moment cuz my 1 year old might be sick so I'm actually taking her to the vet today. My younger one has been in her own cage in a separate room since I got her yesterday. I have not bonded them yet. Want to make sure there both not sick before doing so.

Ok, I understand your dilemma, but the baby needs social interaction urgently. We advise that such young babies are not put through quarantine as it is detrimental to them to be alone.

What do you think is wrong with your older piggy?

Well mites and maybe a cold. I'm gonna bond them as soon as I can, if the vet says my other guinea pig is fine than I'm gonna Bond them right away. She can be bonded with my older guinea pig even though she's not settled into her new environment? I know how to do the bonding process but it's ok to just get right into the bonding process?

Yes it’s essential she is bonded as soon as possible. It’s not good for such young babies to be alone.
Piggies don’t get colds in the human sense though, they get bacterial infection that requires antibiotics. Is she displaying such symptoms? Crackly breathing, crusty eyes and nose, excessive sneezing?

No just minor wheezing and not squeaking much I want to make sure she's 100% ok before I Bond them. And if she does need antibiotics, once she's on them is it ok to bond them or should I wait until she's 100% back to good health?

It would be best to check with the vet
