We have 3 housed on the very top and just my trouble making teenager at the bottom. Contacted a rescue looking for a girlfriend for him. x)

I had been using fleece for the past couple of months. But hubby did not like the cleanup and sad there was no oder control. ( Suggestions perhaps?) I'm allergic to the carefresh.

Ah just remembered I needed to clip the extra plastic ties off 8:)!

He goes in on Friday! Found a very good local vet that specializes in exotic animals. Yes 3 boys on top and just my little trouble maker on bottom =)

That's a great cage. Just a thought, what about megazorb as a bedding for them? I found fleece quite smelly too and I haven't used megazorb but I know some people on here have and found it to be a good bedding.

I find megazorb good for odour control. I use this in my girls cage and it is super absorbent.

I love your homemade cage its fabulous, and i also hope the little fella finds a lovely girly friend soon!

We use megazorb with newspaper and fleece on top. It's really absorbent and the fleece stays nice and dry and odour free.
