New sow - what should I call her?

I got a new guinea-pig this morning. She's 3 months old, and she's living with Spicy (5 year old Aby x sow) and they're getting on really well. I don't know what to call her, any suggestions?

One of my friends suggested Saffron, and I like it but I still don't think it quite 'fits'. Does that sound mad? I know she's a guinea-pig and won't know what her name is but I still want to make sure its the right one I like Sophie, Abi, Holly, Saffron, Honey, Amber, Pippa & Cleo.
I like human names for guinea-pigs but I think I should go with something different this time. It looks like this guinea-pig will be nameless for a long time until I make up my mind

Perhaps she's a Saffy then Good luck deciding. It's a big decision. I have Flumpet and Delilah. Delilah is in homage to Tom Jones.

i really have no idea what a good name for her would be...sorry - that was the main purpose of the thread. but i just wanted to say she's GORGEOUS and i do agree that she looks like an Amber

I used to have a sow called Amber a long time ago, and I miss her terribly. She was a lovely, sweet natured, cuddly beautiful piggy. As soon as I saw your new baby sow it reminded me of her!

She looks like a Honey to me. Its the name that came to mind as soon as I saw the photo.

Well, as she's living with Spicy, my first thought was Ruby. Ruby Murray = Curry. These darn London roots of mine! Would go with her ruby red eyes too!

I've now decided on 3 names I like, Nutmeg, Honey and Amber. I like Nutmeg because it goes well with Spicy, and I think Honey and Amber both suit her too. Which name do you like out of those 3?
