Nite Nite Lil Kipling

My little roborovski boy Kipling was pts today with suspected pneumonia.

I noticed him unwell on Friday but he seemed to perk up and was running about his cage & bombing on his wheel over the weekend. At 3am this morning i watched as he tried to peel a sunflower seed & struggled. His breathing was terrible, he was gasping for breath & wobbly when he walked.

I thought he'd left me whilst we were in the waiting room but he bounced back again, looked bright eyed on the vets table but all too soon he flopped

Night night my sweet little man, i will miss the sound of your wheel in the wee hours, look for Edgar at the bridge.

am so sorry for your lost of kipling! you ended his suffering and started your own and now your heart aches but kipling is at peace with no more pain or suffering. he is running free with edgar and all the other furries playing in the clouds. sending you big hugs and know kipling will always be with you and he is smiling down on you.
