I removed a piece of hay that I thought was only attached on the outside of my pigs nose. It was up the inside of his nostril & it then bled. What signs to I need to keep an eye out for now its stopped bleeding?
I have heard of guinea pigs getting quite astonishingly long pieces of hay stuck up their noses. I don't think it's ever happened to any of mine, but I guess you could just check to see that he's not pawing at his nose, and that there's no discharge or further bleeding. Hope he's okay!
