Hi Lili recently she has had diarrhoea . Not eating hay first vet prescribed ringer serum and antibiotics subcutaneous injection. Giving probiotic syrup and adding yogurt to her diet. Other vet visited Lili said She is in good condition and we must change hay type like grass and continueing proobiotic / yogurt. but she didn't like New grass. I will be glad to take some advice. Lili

I don't think they can have yogurt. Maybe I am wrong. Poop soup is supposed to help. If you have another piggy get a fresh poo mix with water and syringe it.

Guinea pigs are vegan and shouldn’t be consuming animal products in any form, dairy could upset the gut further. If you are in the U.K. then fibreplex is a really good probiotic and poop soup from a healthy pig would also work.

Guinea pigs are lactose intolerant and should not have yogurt. It sounds like your vets are not very guinea pig savvy. If she has diarrohea she needs to come of veg and grass until her poops firm up. She can have her normal nuggets and good quality hay.
She needs probiotics as @4GorgeousGuineas says. There are some useful threads in here

If you are in the UK you may find a better vet in the vet locator situated in the green bar above.

Hi thank u for replying giving yogurt with syringe is an advice by two vets .She doesn't like it but we should do it. About diarrhoea we have changed veg and grass... totally her diet has been changed. She doesn't drink water.

Please don’t give her yoghurt as guinea pigs really shouldn’t be having dairy in any shape or form, when my pigs have had soft poops I take them off of veg and just feed hay and pellets until poops are back to normal.

It sounds like you are trying to do your best to care for your little one and are worried about her.
How is her weight doing?
What is the probiotic syrup you've been giving called?

Her weight is good. Probiotic is called pedilact...( for children).

That's good about her weight. Are weighing every day while you are worried?
I imagine that "Fibreplex for rabbits" (a helpful probiotic useful for guinea pigs with tummy troubles) isn't easy to come by in Iran.
What do her poos look like?
I hope the link @piggieminder gave to the illness guides have some information you find helpful.

By good condition do you mean that you are weighing her each day and that her weight is remaining the same?
